Окружение:
Создание миграций через консоль
Символьная ссылка на ядро bitrix

Файлы миграций создаются рядом с реальным расположением папки bitrix, а не в директории document_root, где располагается символьная ссылка
Проблема в файле migrate (/bitrix/tools/)
