Currently, registering a CRON is something heavy process.

First, we need to register a period of time to make it run on a custom schedule.

Second, we need to handle the CRON job itself.

Finally, we need to create a callback with the logic that will be executed.

We need to find a solution where we only need to register the CRON callback and mark it as a CRON.
