Creating new scheduled task always adds property with name "format" holding the value "soap12"

Description

Since we need a value for format always, it is better if we can have field for that in the form. Rather than allowing users to add it as a custom property.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new scheduled task.
2. Add a custom property name format with value text/xml
3. Check the xml file. 2 properties will be there named format
