Missing Primary Key or Unique Index in Registry tables #891

In order to have database replication, should have a primary key or a unique index in each table. Following tables doesn't have any such constraints.

REG_RESOURCE_COMMENT
REG_RESOURCE_RATING
REG_RESOURCE_TAG
REG_RESOURCE_PROPERTY
