Issue when searching for swaggers on specific version: GReg-5.4.0 #904

Description:
When swaggers are searched in the publisher portal certain matching swagger versions are missing in the output list.

Affected Product Version:
wso2greg-5.4.0

Steps to reproduce:

Created few swagger files in the Greg publisher portal with the following versions.
1.0, v1.0, 1.0.1, v1.0.1, 2.21, 2.2.1, 11.01
Searched the swagger files as "version:". E.g: 1.0
The version values in a form of major.minor(XX.XX) is not getting listed in the search list.
- Listed versions: v1.0, 1.0.1, v1.0.1
- Unlisted versions: 1.0, 11.01
