V3.3.1 - Error in creating the APIManager database when processing table CM_PII_CATEGORY

Description:
After changing the database configuration, when launching wso2-iot-server with the parameter -Dsetup. There is multiple errors when it tries to process the table CM_PII_CATEGORY on the APIManager database.
I have tried either with PostgreSQL 9.5 and MySQL 5.6 and there is the same problem.

Here is the logs for the two databases :
mysql.log
postgresql.log

Ubuntu 19, Postgres 9.5 and Mysql 5.6

Steps to reproduce:
Change configurations to use a PostgreSQL or MySQL database
Create the databases manually
Launch wso2-iot-server with the -Dsetup argument
