如题，各种尝试

input是否受控组件
type="number" 不支持字符 '0'?
min=0

在各种尝试未果后，终于在react版本 15.5.4 >>--to-->>16.2.2后解决

升级react版本至于16.0.0+

参考issues: fix value '.98' should not be equal to '0.98'.
