特にDraftの場合まだ公開予定地であって確定していない
- 特にカスタムパスを設定していない場合
- 実際公開直線まで変わりうる
  - はてなブログ内部的には公開時に確定する
- 下書き時はなくても良さそう
公開されたものであってもMarkdown格納位置からURLはほぼ自明なので、それも含めて埋めなくてもいいという説もある
- そこの値を編集したらURLが変更できるという勘違いも生まれやすい

#128 で下書きでカスタムパスがない場合にはURLは埋めないようにした。
