scylla's "Dump PE" button moves, and eventually isn't visible.

Describe the issue

The "Dump PE" button doesn't seem to be fixed in the correct postion and will move away an no longer be visible.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run the "scylla" plugin
2. From the menu choose File, Dump Memory
3. Slowly drag the box bigger and you will see that the "Dump PE" button will move, eventually it will be no longer visible.

Thanks for the report. It is very unlikely this will be fixed though, so if you have any time take a look for yourself. Probably there is some anchors missing (no idea how WTL works).
