More nats related fixes.

NATS Support

This is an experimental build to introduce NATS support. If you don't know what NATS is, it is unlikely you need to update.

Double prompt fix

When using a telnet username/password, telnet likes to "double prompt". This addresses this issue.

Fixed legacy console bug

If you use telnet username/password, it will fail to detect as a new telnet, which really should be default.
added to talkeq.conf an option to enable legacy support for the edge case of users not fully up to date to latest.
