Since version 13.17 DeoVR doesn't seem to support local URLs for thumbnails anymore. This change makes DeoVR use the direct URLs from the scene covers, instead of a processed version from XBVR.
This has a negative impact on performance and we can't render script heatmaps on top of the cover, but at least it restores some of the functionality.
