Currently when you launch a development backend stack, attemping to login to the Django admin panel results in currently it automatically defaulting to a production login with CAS (e.g. if you navigate to 127.0.0.0:8080/admin and https://fragalysis-duncan-default.xchem-dev.diamond.ac.uk/admin/)
Ideally the Django admin panel should be available to a default admin user on development systems and a known (secret) admin user on production.
