[Request] [Localization] Use localized traits when displaying the public message about spell being cast

Currently, as showcased below, the traits relating to the spell that is being cast are shown in english despite using a system localization for PF2E

Expected behavior: The names of traits and magic school should be loaclized before being injected into the public spell cast message.
