Tachidesk support

The reason I want Tachidesk is so I can use all the Tachiyomi plugins. It's a time saver for the developer and a time saver for the user, so that not everyone wants a new site to be added, or the developer doesn't have to deal with changes to the site, and no one suffers because tachiyomi's extensions are updated really fast.
