Briton Culture

Working with a fellow named Tom to create a Briton culture as another option for the Celts. Details to follow.

Must be careful to separate Briton features from Celtic religion features. Briton should stand on it's own as a culture. There should also be additional features (even if it's just a couple things) for characters that are Briton and Celtic. For instance, the planned Herne the Hunter events could be for British and Celtic Pagan characters.

Not entirely accurate, but the culture should be called British and individuals Britons. This should make it more clearly separate from Brittanic religion.
