Missing textures / not loaded textures.

Having issues with certain mods with transparency not loading the skin textures behind it. Here is an example from one of the mods where you can see through the chest/torso. For reference this mod has no issues running through TT. Is this a limitation of Penumbra or am I missing something. Didn't want to open an issue in case I'm just blind with something. I searched whatever I could through any channel I could and found nothing. Sorry if this is a known thing. Thanks
