自定义工具链时set_urls希望支持https

如果url改成https就无法识别, 这跟大部分网站都用https的趋势很不匹配

? xmake-repo 里面不都是 https 的么，还能怎么搞？而且 xmake 也只是调用的 curl/wget 又没做啥特别处理，有问题，也应该到 curl issues 那边去反馈
