Tree view support for markdown?

Hi, thanks for building this amazing plugin ❤️

May I ask if it's possible to add tree view support for markdown files?

like so (this screenshot is taken in Sublime Text)

For now, all the markdown headings are in the same level instead of tree view

@gudh you might want to have a look here.
There you could give your opinion on the way it should look like, more precisely. If the different headings are on different levels, it's interesting to fold/unfold parts of the document (if I ever manage to make this work) but if the icons are #, ##, ### etc., then the titles will be shifted far to the right and I'm afraid will become unreadable. On another, if you would like to propose icons for the different levels, you'd be welcome too!
