Add commands to show and remove entries from the cache.

Unfortunately for the moment pacote does not yet allow to list the cache content or to remove files.

npm/pacote#19

Fortunately, as suggested by Isaac, cacache (the actual cache manager), has commands to list and remove content.

To be further investigated.

Added cache list, cache remove and cache verify.
