windows版本一些问题 #150

mongoDB版本显示
8.0只会显示最新版本，但是是个release版本，没法安装8.0.3

php8.3.14拓展无效

停止服务进程还在运行

mysql9的问题似乎是缺少支持库，把Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2022 装到14.42就好了
