Feature - navigate in the neighborhood

There is no mouse dragging or mouse wheel zooming enabled in the neighborhood view.
For larger graphs (greater depths) this makes it hard to see the whole neighborhood.
Can we add mouse navigation to it? This would also need the "mouse wheel scroll blocking when focused".
