column for exposed ports

CTOP is the awesome tool.
It would be very useful to have an optional column for port binds.

Hmm, ctop is very cgroup oriented. That said, one way to do it could be to query each detected container engine about the container it manages. This could also pull engine specific data like exposed port for a docker container.

Something similar was contributed a while back for openvz. Would you be willing to open a pull request for that feature ?
