Feel free to change the name of this to TagSoup 1.3, and I will change my Web site to point to you. It's gone unmaintained for much too long. (I'm having trouble managing the tagsoup-friends group, so posting here.) You can of course keep both names.

(Is that New England chowder, or that tomato abomination called Manhattan chowder? I do live in Manhattan, but I was raised on cream-and-clam-or-cod.)
