User log-in to Oracle with their own accounts

I have a situation where I need the users of my app to connect to the Oracle Db with "their own" account (as opposed to a generic one).

As you know, the Laravel method of connecting to a database (not just an Oracle one) is to set up connection details (including the username + password) in the config/database.php file (or, as in this extension's case, config/oracle.php).

I'm thinking about creating a branch to allow for this situation. I haven't thought through the ins-and-outs of how this would work in detail yet, but the basic idea would be to allow the programmer to modify the $config[] array before creating the connection.

    $config['username'] = $val_entered_by_user;
    $config['password'] = $pass_entered_by_user;
    /* later, while establishing connection in the service-provider */
    $connector = new Connector();
    $connection = $connector->connect($config);

If I were to implement it in a way that is agreeable to you, is there any way in the world you would accept this as a pull-request into the main branch?
