No button for save settings

There is no button anymore on the settings window. I deleted also settings.vicuna without success. I use Windows 7 x64. s.a. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons_talk:Vicu%C3%B1aUploader#Settings_window_not_display
So the tool is unusable.

I found the reason (and a workaround: Backtab). The input fields get too long and the button get out of the window size!?!! You have no chance to resize the window.

This happened to me with latest version too. I had to go to the last tab and use the tabulator to get to that Save button.

@Perhelion @dominikmatus What's status of this? We need test last version of Vicuna (actually 1.24-beta2) and describe properly issue. As i understand issue is with some small window and not visible "Save" button in setting. But i don't see this issue in my instalation.
