What is the current behavior?
Package install fails with error ESOCKETTIMEDOUT

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.
yarn add material-design-icons

What is the expected behavior?
For yarn to install the package successfully. This is only happening with this package. Tested on 2 computers in 2 different countries with the same issue.

Please mention your node.js, yarn and operating system version.
Node v9.7.0.
Yarn v1.7.0
Windows 10 v1083

This is an issue with this package because it is a large download. It can reach the default connection timeout before completing. You can increase the timeout in yarn config as I mention here: #5540 (comment)
