Network issue at "@popperjs/core"

yarn add @popperjs/core can not be added anymore, since this just happens at this dependency I would like to ask if this is to be expected, or wanted. Since this occured today for the first time ever to me, I guess this error is new and something changed at:

1. yarn v1.22.17
2. @popperjs/core and now must be implemented differently

Any help would be appreciated.

P.S.: Every other dependency can be added with no problems.
