[BUG] Can't get the streamUrl, type is application/dash+xml #835
Comments
Same issue on windows 10 machines |
why open yet another issue when this has been posted multiple times in the last days now? With many comments explaining what happend and what's working for now. TIDAL made an update which disabled working API Keys up to one only: FireTV (working only with master subscription). So either you have master sub and use the API Key "FireTV (master only)", change TidalDL settings to DL in master only ot be able to DL master content or you wait for an update from @yaronzz. |
@Tecko71 It means that currently we can download only masters, despite of stated differently. Try downloading some master album. |
Apparently, and I have verified this, we can only download files that have been coded as MASTER, for now at least. Your setting look fine, try downloading an album from the MASTER Quality Authenticated Playlists. |
pity... |
Unfortunately, when I download the master album the problem keeps repeating, today Norton blocked TMD for me, is it normal? |
You need to use "tidal-gui-pro-win.exe" for windows. Norton 360 also warned me about program but you need to ignore it. Norton mark programs by popularity and safety of given program. New programs are suspicious for it. Propably Norton also blocked new exe from changing data on your computer (overwriting setting file). You just need walk around norton or change settings manually. |
update |
