Daty w .xlxs z UKE mają format Dzień/Miesiąc/Rok, a po przetworzeniu przez parse_data.js i wyświetlaniu na mapie mają format cyfry zaczynającej się na 4 np. 47325.

Z jakiegoś powodu zła data wychodzi już z xlxs-extractor. Czy xlxs ma dziwne kodowanie dat?
