Make sure the person you add in the list is either of the following:
- A reputed programmer/developer
- Founder/Cofounder/co-creator of any popular programming language, libraries or Apps
- Authors of any popular programming books
- Other people of similar profiles
When adding people, the commit message should be of the format: Added @[github_handle1], @[github_handle2], (if their github account exists).
