Update FFmpeg to the lastet version

The last ffmpeg update was a year ago(#183), and the previous version (v5.1) of ffmpeg already had some incompatibilities with yt-dlp:

• [Bug] Splitting OPUS audio from video by chapters JunkFood02/Seal#1099
• ERROR: Postprocessing: Unable to embed using ffprobe & ffmpeg; Stream #1:0 -> #0:1 (copy) JunkFood02/Seal#1173
• BiliBili flac audio of video download failed JunkFood02/Seal#1035

Update to a more recent version (v6.1 by the time writing) could maybe resolve these issues

Nope. It only grabs the ytdlp and aria2c progress
