我看到，读取本地GIF滑动是不会卡顿的。当滑动的时候你做了停止GIF的处理，这很好！大大降低了卡顿，但是一旦使用的网络GIF图片，那么滑动势必需要下载。这样导致没下载完成的图片会卡顿。能否解决这种问题呢？

关于没下载完成的图片卡顿问题，我个人觉得可以在下载完成回调里启用GIF animation @Rain-dew
