Yep, expect that CSS placement which I've been doing over and over again it
seems like I'm unable to get a configuration that works as well on every
setup, supports scrolling, etc, etc ...

I think this is fixed on 2.2.0 series, not sure because I can't reproduce.

Could you please open a new issue if that happens with 2.2.0 series ?
