Investigate boto3-stubs-services package build with all services included.

TODO

  • Check result package size
  • Check performance in PyCharm
  • Try new import structure: from mypy_boto3_s3 import *-> from types_boto3.s3 import *
  • Should boto3-stubs/types-boto3 still be independent?
