Per window color filters

Is it possible at all to have compton put color filters over specific windows?

FWIW, I have gotten that patch working on the original compton repo's latest revision (and love it!), but could not apply it to the latest revision of this repo. I haven't dug into the code at all, so I'm not sure how tricky it will be to patch in. Also not sure if you are interested in adding features like this to this repo (even though I think this one is amazing!).

Not sure of the performance impact - BUT on xfce4 I could see this easily resolving a long time usability issue of xfwm - resizing windows.. Not all of us want to use keyboard shortcuts to resize windows with thin borders. With this feature one could define a larger window border while forcing it to go transparent.

It could also be used for creating gaps in tiling managers whether they support gaps or not, assuming it is one that can work with an existing Window manager.
