This currently isn't something which can be just downloaded and given to people like a simple .exe to install.
You'll have to manually build the application within VS 2017+ to get it to be installed on your system and show up in Game Bar 😅

Outta curiosity. Is there any way I can get a tutorial of how to do this? I've been trying for two hours with Visual Studio and it's been leading nowhere.

Same here - would love to try but not about to build source code to use it. Any chance of an official binary release? (Thank you to devs that have made this btw)
