Remove workaround for minimist version resolution

Certain versions of minimist has a prototype pollution vulnerability (detailed here), and this package depends on minimist@0.0.8. At the moment I enforce to use v1.2.5 with 81d0664, but this workaround should be removed once the sesame-client's dependency depending on vulnerable minimist get ready.
