Don't let automatic updates window steal focus #228

When MenuMeters performs its scheduled automatic updates check, and there happens to be an update available, the update window will pop up in front of all other apps, and it steals focus from whatever app the user was using.

Even if the window still pops up to the front, it would be preferable if it didn't obtain focus to itself automatically.

Indeed it is annoying. Unfortunately I just use an updater framework called Sparkle which is a de facto standard for non-AppStore apps, and this problem needs to be addressed there. I found that the issue was reported there in 2016 (see here) but unfortunately no action has been taken.

Sparkle is addressing this focus-stealing problem here in 2.2
