No mimetype is returned when file type not accepted.

While testing the new BB conversations modal that has a file attachment option I noticed that a lot of files are not accepted but the error message doesn't say why.
Can we fallback to using the file extension if no mimetype is available?

(quite a lot of file types seem to show empty ()'s )
