なぜ機能が欲しいのか

私以外の人がPullRequestを送った場合、メールの通知がくるがそれ以外で常時知るすべがないから

レビュワーに割り当てれば、フィルターからPullRequestを把握できる

提案の説明

GitHub Actions を使って、レビュワーに自信を割り当てる
