In dbt-labs/dbt-core#9183 dbt-core started moving config from profiles.yml to dbt_project.yml.

However, having flags set in dbt_project.yml causes dbt-osmosis to throw a project contract error.

Edit: commenting out the flags portion of the config enables successful dbt-osmosis runs again.

dbt-osmosis==0.13.2
dbt-core==1.8.3
dbt-bigquery==1.8.2
