If you budget is low and your project requiremts are minimal, we recommend checking <a href=\"https://www.wix.com/\"> wix </a>, <a href=\"https://www.squarespace.com/\"> squarespace </a> or <a href=\"https://webflow.com/\"> webflow.com </a> where you can build your own website no technical background is needed. (the cost may be less than 100USD or even free).       "content":"Zaat is not a translation agency, we can certainly provide the functionality your website or app needs to support multi-language, this concept is called internalization (i18n) and is not limited to language. It can include TimeZone, for example, the date format in the US is not like the rest of the world, so if you want your app to be localized for the American market, the Date format shall match the US standard."

       "title": "Can Zaat create AI smarter than a human?",
       "content": "It depends on the context, AI modules that outsmart humans in specific tasks, have already been developed, e.g. Google Deepmind, this kind of AI is called Artificial Narrow Intelligence (ANI) since it can only outsmart humans in one specific/narrow task. You may never beat it at a Chess game but ask it, \" is it usually warmer in winter or summer?\", and it would bum forever... \n While the one that expected to be developed to beat humans in everything is called Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) or Artificial Superintelligence (ASI).
