display-wave can only be executed once per code-run

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to call main function more than once per DrScheme run when a
(display-wave) command is in the .acf file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is a window displaying the wav-structure. Instead, DrScheme
run-window shows an error saying that the big-bang function cannot be
called more than once.
