First off, thanks for gutenblock, it's great :)

webpack-serve has been deprecated; are there any plans to move to webpack-dev-server? I might be able to help with a PR if need be.

It still works for now, but I would love a PR with babel 7 and i guess the now undeprecated webpack-dev-server.... lol
