What's wrong with a .Fillet after an .ArcTo?

In the following example I tried to insert fillets at different points in my sketch. In the first example the .ArcTo is followed by a fillet which seems to work fine. In the second example one of the fillets is visible, but the other is missing. Is this a bug or am I missing something? First I thought that a fillet after an .ArcTo does not work at all, but the example demonstrates that it sometimes works.

This is a workaround to the issue described: add a small line in the corners. The example shows that using this workaround only in the corner where the fillet did not appear the first time is not sufficient. In that case the fillet in the first corner of the sketch disappears.
