Please add variables that would allow to disable ladspa and vst plugins #63

Users should be able to only build the type of plugins that they need.
Additionally, ladspa plugins are obsolete, superseded by LV2.

Some people prefer LADSPA because it allows older hosts to use them. But happy to take a PR.
