--differential no longer supports absolute paths

Steps to reproduce

I don't have a good steps to reproduce at the moment due to how I use zarf. However, I can say that using an absolute path vs. a relative path seems to be the cause.

Package builds

Actual Result

Package errors saying it can't open file path (produces an incorrect path)

See path in picture; it repeats from the root of the drive /Users/...

v0.31.4 works with absolute paths, however it stopped working in v0.32.0
