'NoneType' object has no attribute 'start'

Dear Dev team,
I have been using the TecTool for past few days. I came across an error during the CDS annotation step of the program. When I try to annotate with H.sap TSL1 GTF file:
Humnan, GRCh38, Ensembl version 87, support level 1: http://tectool.unibas.ch/data/GRCh38.87_support_level_1.tar.gz

The error is:
'NoneType' object has no attribute 'start'

I tried with both the test data provided in github and my own samples. I got the same error.

Could you please take a look at it or at least let me know if some preprocessing is missing from my end?
