Precondition:
git clone --recurse-submodule --branch develop https://github.com/zebrunner/community-edition.git

Steps:

Set up community edition
Run shut down
Run set up
Run shut down again
Actual result: Error message appears during Shut down operation
"WARNING: The ZBR_PORT variable is not set. Defaulting to a blank string.
ERROR: The Compose file './docker-compose.yml' is invalid because:
services.nginx.ports contains an invalid type, it should be a number, or an object"

no need to fix it. shutdown goal - clean the system and it is enough to execute at once.
