[Bug] fail when trying to transfer a save from Steam to Microsoft

Description

So i've tried to transfer my Steam save over to Microsoft since it's running out this month. But when the moment i click the two arrows, It appears saying that the save was transferred but it does not transfer.

Reproduce

1 - Steps to reproduce the behavior:
2 - Open the option. Save Transfer
3 - Set source as Steam
4 - Select a save file and leave everything as is.
5 - Set destination as Steam
6 - Select an empty slot.
7 - Hit the arrows.
Hopefully witness a crash.

Expected Behavior

It appears saying that the save was transferred but it does not transfer.
